I brought my vehicle in because my biggest concern was a tire that someone had pointed out might have an issue. I made that clear as soon as I arrived. The older gentleman who initially helped me was very attentive, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. We discussed several maintenance items based on my previous visit, and he explained that they would perform an inspection and call me afterward to go over anything they found before completing the work. I was happy with that plan because it would allow me to confirm whether my tire actually needed attention and whether anything else came up during the inspection before my vehicle was finished. The next day, I called because I had not received that inspection update. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with over the phone gave me a completely different impression of the customer service. When I asked for updates on my vehicle, I was not asking what time it would be finished. I was asking about the status of the inspection and what had been found. I highly recommend Woody’s Auto Service on Old Trolley Road. Ryan is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that provides honest advice, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. The work is done right, on time, and at a reasonable cost. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic with great service, Woody’s Auto Service is the place to go.

Woodies has great first impression. Transport to and from their shop is a great option. However, after that it goes down hill really fast. My brother paid close to a $1000 to have plugs put in his 2006 Kia (6 cylinder), ask for the old ones back only got 3 back. The paid another $200 plus because it still wasn’t running right. And was told that he would need to pay another diagnostic fee for them to check it out again! Now, his Kia is not running at all. My brother is 80 years old and was sadly taken advantage of…elderly abuse by a business who advertises cheap service.

Everything went very smoothly for us during our visit for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Ryan was our point of contact and was extremely helpful throughout the process. The inspection report was thorough and well-documented, including clear photographs that made it easy to understand the vehicle’s condition. The service was reasonably priced, especially considering the level of detail provided. Overall, the staff were friendly, professional, and very approachable, making the entire experience stress-free and reassuring. I would definitely recommend them to others.
